Course:  Documentation:  A structural Approach to Taming the 1,000 lb Gorilla
Presented by:  Susan Balfour & Roseanne Berry, Hospice Fundamentals Founding Partners
Audience:  Administrators, Owners, Supervisors, HR, Compliance, QAPI, education, etc.
About:  Struggling with documentation? Recognize that there is a need for improvement but not sure how to accomplish it? Join us in this Hospice Fundamentals workshop built on the premise that documentation problems are often a symptom of a larger issue: structural deficits in the compliance framework.  Leave ready to successfully tackle two projects:  establishing or breathing new life into your hospice’s compliance framework and improving documentation.  The bonus? Addressing these two areas can minimize your hospice’s risk and you will have doubled your value with this workshop within a workshop! NOTE: This workshop employs a structural approach to documentation challenges; it is not intended to teach clinical documentation skills.
Cost:  $100 each - very limited seating. Lunch included and free parking.
